We use Australia Post for delivery within Australia.
We aim to process orders within 2-3 business days during regular times. Peak times (seasonal holiday times such as Christmas, Easter & Mother’s Day etc) may push out to 4-6 days.
We use Australia Post, shipping times on their website as follows:
Sending to same state:
Metro – up to 2 business days
Country – up to 5 business days
Metro – up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
Country – up to 12 days
We can not guarantee the above shipping times, unfortunately delays do occur at times. Once your package is lodged at the Post Office or picked up by courier, we will forward tracking details to you.
By choosing to order with us you are allowing parcels to be sent with an Authority to leave or delivery on signature
A key service we provide at Craft House Collective is the ability to pre-order items before the product is available for sale on our website. Please review our policy and conditions of sale before proceeding with placing a pre-order.
If your order contains both in stock items as well as pre-order items, we will hold the order until the pre-order item’s release date before dispatching
Items marked as available for pre-order will be shipped as soon as stock arrives.
We recommend placing separate orders unless you are happy to wait.
Please note that we have no control over when a pre-ordered item arrives, release date provided is just an estimate, it can occasionally be further delayed.
We’re located in Bulleen Victoria. You’re welcome to pick up your order instead of sending via Auspost. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready for pick up.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. This applied to pick up, Standard post and Express post orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns for change of mind are not accepted. However, item can be returned due to faulty or damaged during transit. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have received a faulty or damaged product. If 48 hours has gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
It will be at our discretion if the items must be returned to complete your refund or exchange. It is also at our discretion whether a replacement will be sent or the cost of the product refunded.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us and retain all packaging and items. You may be required to bring the product and original packaging into your closet local post office for damage assessments. A refund will not be provided until this has been done.
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will not refund or replace a product if you have changed your mind about purchasing the product or made an incorrect choice.
Customer is responsible for credit card, PayPal, Afterpay or Zippay surcharge and a 5% restocking fee if we accept change of mind order, as it is not our fault that you made the incorrect choice.
