These terms and conditions (“Terms”) regulate the utilization of services offered by Craft House Vinyl Blanks (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with our services, you (“you” or “customer”) signify your agreement to comply with these Terms. Prior to availing our services, please carefully review these Terms.

Craft House Vinyl Blanks specializes in providing packaging solutions and related services. By availing our services, you acknowledge and consent that we offer services encompassing packaging consultation, design, production, and distribution.

**2. Ordering and Payment:**

2.1 **Quotations and Orders:** Quotations provided by Craft House Vinyl Blanks are based on information provided by the customer. Orders are considered confirmed only upon acceptance of our quotation.

2.2 **Payment:** Payment terms are outlined in our invoices. Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon, all payments are due within the specified timeframe from the invoice date.

**3. Packaging Design and Production:**

3.1 **Design Approval:** Prior to production, packaging designs necessitate customer approval. It is your responsibility to meticulously review and sanction all designs and specifications.

3.2 **Intellectual Property:** Any design or artwork provided by Craft House Vinyl Blanks or generated on your behalf remains the intellectual property of Craft House Vinyl Blanks unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.

3.3 **Quality Control:** Our dedication is to uphold the highest quality in our products. However, minor discrepancies in color, texture, and dimensions may arise due to material characteristics and production processes.

**4. Shipping and Delivery:**

4.1 **Shipping Method:** You have the option to select your preferred shipping method: Australia Post or StarTrack Express. Kindly specify your preference during the order placement.

4.2 **Shipping Costs:** Shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

**5. Returns and Refunds:**

5.1 **Defective Products:** Should you receive products displaying defects or inconsistencies from your approved design, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the package. We will take prompt actions to address the matter.

5.2 **No Refund or Change of Mind on Personalized Products:** Please be aware that personalized products are crafted according to your specific requirements and cannot be readily resold. Therefore, refunds or alterations due to change of mind are not feasible for personalized products.

**6. Confidentiality:**

Both parties mutually agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information exchanged during the course of our business relationship.

**7. Limitation of Liability:**

Craft House Vinyl Blanks’ liability is capped at the value of the provided services. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

**8. Governing Law:**

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Craft House Vinyl Blanks is registered.

**9. Amendments:**

Craft House Vinyl Blanks reserves the prerogative to revise or modify these Terms at any juncture. The latest version of the Terms shall be accessible on our website.

We use Australia Post for delivery within Australia. 

Our goal is to handle orders within 5-12 business days under normal circumstances. However, during peak periods like Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, and other seasonal holidays, the processing time may extend to 6-15 days. This time frame applies to both Standard and Express post orders.

We use Australia Post for shipping, and their website outlines the following estimated shipping times:

For deliveries within the same state:

– Metropolitan areas: Up to 5 business days
– Rural areas: Up to 5 business days

For interstate deliveries:

– Metropolitan areas: Up to 3-10 business days, varying based on lodgement and destination points
– Rural areas: Up to 14 days

It’s important to note that while we provide these estimates, we cannot guarantee these shipping times due to occasional delays. Once your package is handed over to the Post Office or collected by the courier, we will share the tracking details with you.

When you choose to order from us, you’re consenting to have parcels either left at your doorstep without a signature or delivered with a required signature.

At Craft House Collective, we offer a valuable service allowing you to pre-order items even before they become available for sale on our website. It’s important that you familiarize yourself with our pre-order policy and sales conditions prior to proceeding with placing a pre-order.

In situations where your order includes both items currently in stock and items available for pre-order, we will keep the order on hold until the pre-ordered item’s official release date, at which point we will proceed with dispatch.

Products labeled as available for pre-order will be shipped out promptly upon the arrival of stock.

To minimize any potential wait, we advise placing separate orders unless you’re comfortable with waiting for the pre-ordered items.

Please be aware that we do not have direct control over the exact arrival of pre-ordered items; the provided release date is an estimate, and occasional delays can occur beyond our control.

Should you wish to cancel your pre-order, please note that a 25% cancellation fee will be applicable.

We’re located in Bulleen, Victoria. If you prefer, you have the option to personally pick up your order instead of using AusPost for delivery. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will send you a confirmation email.

Kindly allow 3 to 6 business days for us to process your order. This processing timeframe applies to orders for pickup, Standard post, and Express post alike.

Defective or Incorrect Product Received

In the event of a faulty item or a product being delivered in error, you have the option to return it. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you’ve encountered a faulty or damaged product. Regrettably, if more than 48 hours have passed since receiving your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

The decision whether the items need to be returned for a refund or exchange will be made at our discretion. Similarly, we will decide whether to send a replacement or refund the product’s cost.

For cases where your order arrives damaged, please contact us while retaining all packaging and items. You might need to visit your nearest post office to facilitate damage assessments by bringing in the product and original packaging. A refund will be processed only after this step is completed.

After we receive and inspect your return item, an email will be sent to inform you about the receipt of the item. You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or denied. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Please note that shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

We are unable to provide a refund or replacement for a product due to a change of mind or an incorrect choice made by you.

If a change of mind order is accepted, the customer is responsible for covering the credit card, PayPal, Afterpay, or Zippay surcharge (ranging from 1.75% to 6%) and a 10% restocking fee. This fee is applied since the choice made was not due to any fault on our part.

Cancellation due to Change of Mind

We don’t facilitate order cancellations based on a change of mind. However, if you decide to cancel your order after placing it, we can offer you a store credit equivalent to the order’s value.

For eligibility for a store credit, the item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.

If you decide to return the item, we are open to receiving it back as long as it remains unopened. The cost of arranging the return to our warehouse will be your responsibility.

Please note that the initial delivery charges will not be subject to a refund.

Upon receipt of the returned goods by Craft House Vinyl Blanks, please allow up to 5 working days for the processing of your refund. The credit will be provided for use in future orders.
